Colorado bar foundation

Established in 1977, the Fellows of the Colorado Bar Foundation consist of prominent and dedicated members of the Colorado legal community, who are also members of the Colorado Bar Association. Fellows are generally nominated by their peers based on factors including, but not limited to, reputation and good standing in the legal community; significant support within their legal communities; and outstanding contributions towards the advancement of justice.

Upon acceptance of his or her nomination, each Fellow pledges a minimum contribution amount of $2,500.00 payable over a ten-year period and are recognized at the Foundation’s Annual Bar Fellows Dinner. Once fulfillment of the initial financial commitment is achieved, a Fellow is recognized as a Fellows Emeritus and is encouraged to continue with contributions to the Foundation.

The Foundation continues to receive strong support from its Fellows and Fellows Emeritus, which helps it achieves its goal of promoting the advancement of jurisprudence and the administration of justice throughout Colorado.
